Rebekah Shirley

Bio and Research Interests

Rebekah Shirley is a Graduate Student in the Energy and Resources Group at the University of California, Berkeley and a student researcher with the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory. She comes with a BSc in Environmental Science from McGill University and two years of working with the Environmental Management Authority in Trinidad and Tobago. Her research interests include understanding barriers to renewable energy technology integration into island economies and isolated grid system contexts. She currently works on a number of projects focused on the Caribbean region.
